Do metapopulations and management matter for relict headwater bull trout populations in a warming climate?

These dataset files are associated with a publication by the same name that appeared in Ecological Applications in 2022. The files consist of ArcGIS shapefiles with table attributes that describe: a) observed bull trout and brook trout occupancy in 991 natal habitat patches that were used for model development and b) probabilistic predictions of bull trout occurrence within natal habitat patches for 16 scenarios representing different restoration strategies and climatic conditions (baseline, moderate change, and extreme change).
