This dataset contains 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing data (in the form of an abundance table, "abund.csv" and combined with CFU counts in "abund_cfu.csv"), toluene quantification data, and CFU counts. All data analysis, statistical tests, and generated figures are contained in the relevant .R script. Refer to README files for data tables as well as the README section at the header of the R script.
