The purpose of this study was to analyze the mechanism of the difference in shoot length of Cut Roses in summer and autumn in Heilongjiang Province.We studied the phenotypic characteristics of flower shoot development of Cut Rose in natural environment in response to different day length, and transcriptome sequencing was carried out to clarify the mechanism of day length regulating flower shoot development. This study provides a theoretical basis for the Cut Rose industry in Heilongjiang Province to break through the bottleneck of shorter shoots of summer Roses.
