Probing crystallinity of in vivo grown crystals of the green fluorescent protein obtained by recombinant expression in bacillus thuriengiens

We will test the crystallinity of in vivo grown crystals of the green fluorescent protein obtained by recombinant expression in bacillus thuriengiensis (a bacteria that is not harmful to human and is being used worldwide to grow organic crops in the absence of chemical pesticides).
Two types of samples will be tested; gfp crystals still enclosed in the bacteria, and crystals purified out of the bacteria.
