transcriptomic sequences of Rhizoctonia solani AG4-HGI strains infected with or without RsPV2-BJ1H

We generated RNA-seq to dissect the molecular mechanism of hypovirulence caused by hypovirus. In our study, RsPV2-BJ1H was proved to cause hypovirulence to its host Rhizoctonia solani AG4-HGI strain BJ-1H, the causal agent of potato stem canker and black scurf, and its virus-cured strain BJ-1H-VF was obtained successfully. The total RNA of BJ-1H and BJ-1H-VF were extracted with tree replicates of every strain.
