This folder contains the datasets and an example R script as used for the analyses described in the article "Reducing Spatial Bias at Heterogeneous Sites: A Novel Eddy Covariance Filtering Approach Integrating Footprint Modeling and Remote Sensing" (Torben Callesen, Anna Candotti, Sarah Treby, Samantha Grover, Damiano Zanotelli, Massimo Tagliavini and Leonardo Montagnani) The data files are available in .csv and .RDS formats and contain the relevant variables for each site (see Data_description.txt for details). NTFF_processing_template.R is an R script showcasing the NTFF calculation method. It can be adapted to any EC dataset with the required variables present.
