circG3BP1 pull-down MASS to find out circG3BP1-interacting RBPs

While RNAs and RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) play key roles in the accumulation and maintenance of stress granules (SGs), the specific interactions between SG-associated circular RNAs (circRNAs) and RBPs in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) remain poorly understood. In this study, we identified circG3BP1 as an m6A-modified circRNA that is stabilized by IGF2BPs and linked to poor prognosis in ESCC patients.
