FRICKE Case_28 samples taken from the European Nucleotide Archive under accession PRJEB39023. Trimmed to 100.000 reads for testing purposes. The dataset contains 3 paired data files, corresponding to a pre-FMT sample from a patient (28A), a donor sample (28B), and a Post-FMT sample from the same patient after FMT treatment (28C).
