资源简介：
This dataset provides information on total support dollars disbursed and total subscribers claimed by Eligible Telecommunication Carriers (ETCs) within the Lifeline Program in Iowa by month and year since January 2018. The Lifeline Program is dedicated to making phone and internet service more affordable for low-income households. This dataset displays an ETC’s Study Area Code (SAC) but does not include the Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN).
