In this study, we analyzed some genomic patterns of resistance in P. ovale curtisi.

The French National Malaria Reference Center (FNMRC) is responsible for monitoring imported malaria in France. We have developed a theme around P. ovale spp, which is the second species involved in imported malaria in France after P. falciparum. We are focusing on orthologous genes associated with resistance in P. falciparum or P. vivax. To this end, we have performed WGS either after selective whole-genome amplification or after leukodepletion.
