The aim was to study the effect of shear stress on iPS-derived endothelial cells (iPS-EC). iPS-ECs were grown in static conditions and in flow in the Ibidi Pump system. The transcriptional landscapes of cells grown in these 2 conditions were compared. Overall design: RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis of four iPS-EC cellines grown in static conditions and in flow (15DYN) for 24h.
