Cyprus property sales by month and District Lands Office, 2006 to August 2026 (Department of Lands and Surveys figures)

Three monthly series published by the Department of Lands and Surveys (DLS), Republic of Cyprus, compiled into CSV files by NoirEstates: contracts of sale deposited at each District Lands Office since January 2006 (districts from January 2008), property sales to buyers from abroad (EU and non-EU citizens) since January 2020, and completed sale transfers with their declared and accepted value since January 2014. The live version, updated each month with charts and district tables, is at noirestates.com/data/cyprus-property-sales. This record holds the figures the DLS published up to 7 September 2026 (data to August 2026). Every figure was checked against the DLS's own tables: each district's months add up to its printed total, the five districts add up to the figure for Cyprus, and every percentage change the DLS prints matches the figures. Column definitions, sources and caveats (the DLS's Land Information System holds 91.50% of 2006's sales, 92.92% of 2007's and 96.15% of 2008's) are in README.md.
