Dataset accompanying publication "Large-scale analysis of environmental and ecological impacts of marine finfish aquaculture in the Mediterranean"

This is a dataset spanning five years of environmental monitoring of marine finfish farms in Greece. Data were collected from 379 stations near 117 fish farms and comprise macrofaunal data on family level as well as sediment parameters (granulometry) and geochemical data (total organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, copper, zinc, redox measurements). Data presented here are anonymised to protect the identity of individual fish farms, thus farm names, company names and coordinates have been removed.
