Effect of Chondroitin Sulfate on Zwitterionic Lipid Membranes - Additional Data

The dataset contains data used in the investigations presented in our publication, as well as video files for the trajectories. The data contained within this repository is intended to be used to reproduce molecular dynamics (MD) results presented, as well as conducting further research using our topologies. More details can be found in the Readme.pdf file in this archive. Simulations have been replaced in V2. It was suspected that previous simulations were done with a bilayer that was not equilibrated for long enough. This has now been rectified.
