We mapped the single - cell transcriptomic atlas of goat perirenal adipose tissue (PRAT) using samples from perirenal adipose tissue at 0 days, 7 days, and 14 days after birth. We identified important genes and signaling pathways that determine cell fate, and elucidated the internal mechanism of Brown adipose tissue to white adipose tissue - like changes that occurs during PRAT development in goat kids.
