The rhizospheric soil samples from healthy and diseased apple trees in replanted orchards Metagenome

Apple replant disease (ARD) are common and serious in the main apple planting areas of the world. The composition, diversity and function of the rhizosphere fungal community play a vital role in the occurrence of ARD. In this study, the composition, structure, diversity, and ecological functions of the fungal communities in the rhizospheres soil of healthy and diseased apple trees were elucidated for the first time, and clarified that Fusarium was the main biological factor causing ARD in China, which laid a foundation for the control and research of ARD in the future.
