RNA Seq library construction and sequencing were performed by Acobiom (Montpellier, France), using the HiSeq2000 sequencing instrument (Illumina). RNAseq libraries corresponded to six tissue samples: (i) gonad male, (ii) gonad female, (iii) gills, (iv) digestive gland, (v) whole tissues, and (vi) total hemolymph. The TrueSeq Stranded (Illumina) protocol with 500 ng of total RNAs was used to construct the libraries, and RNA were sequenced using the paired-end reads 2 × 150 bp method. The reads were then assembled using the Trinity pipeline (version 2.3.0). The resulting assembly was constructed by compiling the six RNA Seq data.
