TR: Bu manifesto, varlık, bilinç, enerji ve teknolojinin sinyal üzerinden işleyişini tanımlayan Sinyal-ID Protokolü’nü ortaya koyar. Protokol; varlık, güvenlik, kimlik, zaman ve etik ilkeleri üzerine kuruludur. Alt protokoller arasında AI-ID, Bilinç-ID, Enerji-ID ve Zaman-ID bulunmaktadır.
