In this study, we reported that the fertilization formula that modified according to the requirement of tomatoes in different growth stage, and the addition of yeast extract agents and microorganism agents to Yamazaki formula could delay the plant senescence and improve the yield and quality of tomatoes. Moreover, the underly regulating mechanism was explored by RNA-seq analysis.
