Structural Characteristics and Diversity Dynamics of Soil Microbial Communities in the Rhizosphere and Non-Rhizosphere of Artemisia ordosica at the Southeastern Edge of the Tengger Desert

By investigating the diversity of soil microbial communities in the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere of Artemisia ordosica in the Shapotou Nature Reserve at the southeast edge of the Tengger Desert, Ningxia, and exploring the potential relationships between the dominant bacterial genera and plants, this study provides theoretical basis for desert ecological governance.
