Clinical isolates genome sequencing. Escherichia coli

The objective of this research was to improve the molecular diagnostics of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) through the high-throughput scaling of whole genome sequencing. This technique is employed to examine the associations between a variety of clinical isolates and their corresponding phenotypes, such as antimicrobial resistance, biofilm formation, and virulence.
