Replication experiment.y680-wlt-het.zip: y680 wildtype (wlt) and heterozygous (het) sibling larvae. Double transgenic (gad1b:RFP, tuba:mCar) 6 dpf larval zebrafish heads, scanned on confocal microscope at 1.726 x 1.726 x 2 micron resolution. Files ending -01.nii.gz are gad1b:RFP channel, -02.nii.gz are tuba:mCar channel 2. Hybridization chain reaction fluorescent in situs in 6 dpf larvae HCR-vgf-6dpf.zip: HCR for vgf in 6 dpf wild-type (wlt) and mutant (mut) larvae. Each z-stack is the mean of the indicated number of confocal images of larvae, after elastic registration to the ZBB reference brain. Resolution 1 x 1 x 1 micron. HCR-en1b-6dpf.zip: HCR for en1b in 6 dpf wild-type (wlt) and mutant (mut) larvae. Each z-stack is the mean of 9 confocal images of larvae, after affine-only registration to the ZBB reference brain. Resolution 1 x 1 x 1 micron. HCR-sox2-6dpf.zip: HCR for sox2 in 6 dpf wild-type (wlt) and mutant (mut) larvae. Each z-stack is the mean of the indicated number of confocal images of larvae, after elastic registration to the ZBB reference brain. Resolution 2 x 2 x 2 micron. 3. Expression of cacna1c during development HCR-cacna1c.zip: contains HCR for cacna1c at 2,3 and 6 dpf as indicated in the file names.
