This dataset contains a Qdrant snapshot generated from 1,612 PlantEXP-associated papers. It includes bge-m3 dense vectors, BM25 sparse vectors, and metadata required by BILBO’s hybrid RRF retrieval pipeline. Its purpose is to serve as a basis for searches using RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) in BILBO (Bioinformatics Integration for Large-scale Biological Operations), starting from functional annotations of differentially expressed genes.
