Design and Management of the Lab Village Digital Community: Operational Manual, UX Analysis, and Graphical Assets

This record contains the complete documentation and design materials regarding the development of the Lab Village digital community (labvillage.it), an initiative established within the iNEST (Interconnected Nord-Est Innovation Ecosystem) project. The dataset includes: Community Management Manual: A detailed operational framework defining governance, roles (moderation, facilitation), editorial planning, and guidelines for tone of voice and inclusivity. User Experience (UX) Analysis: Documentation covering interface design, user flows, and usability testing conducted to optimize interaction between researchers, companies, and the local territory. Graphic Proposals and Assets: A collection of mockups, visual elements, and design concepts developed for the platform. Multimedia Content: Demonstrational videos and support materials for user onboarding and platform feature presentation. These materials serve as a resource for researchers, community managers, and designers interested in innovation ecosystem models and the management of collaborative platforms for technology transfer.
