Low and high doses of Clostridium butyricum SLZX19-05 were gavaged into mice. After three consecutive days of treatment, we confirmed the colonization of Clostridium butyricum SLZX19-05. In order to research the functional mechanism and security, colonic transcriptome of mice were analyzed. The mice of Con, LOW and HIGH were respectively gavaged with vehicle, low dose of Clostridium butyricum SLZX19-05 and high dose ofClostridium butyricum SLZX19-05.
