This record contains the supplementary materials for the conceptual and mathematical framework titled Multi Hit Environmental Matrix and Saturation Index Model of Skin Carcinogenesis. The materials provide extended methods, mathematical derivations, parameter tables, simulation documentation, reproducibility information, and preregistered experimental protocols that support the main manuscript. The supplement includes detailed derivations of the Membrane Peroxidation Index and the Photo Oxidative Threshold, along with parameter priors, worked numeric examples, and guidance for converting lipidomics data into model inputs.
