资源简介:
In this study, we used sweet cherries as experimental samples and used high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the bacterial and fungal communities on cherry surfaces when stored at room temperature (constant temperature 25 degrees Celsius) and low temperatures (constant temperature 0 degrees Celsius). We aim to clarifies the changes in bacterial and fungal microbiotas as fruit rots, and analyzes the effects of different storage temperatures on cherry surface microbiotas
