Dissecting the Epithelial and Immune Evolution during Colorectal Carcinogenesis by Single-Cell RNA Sequencing

Adenoma-carcinoma sequence is a well-accepted roadmap for the development of sporadic colorectal carcinoma. However, cellular heterogeneity in aberrant epithelia and the complexity of tumor microenvironment limited the understanding of carcinogenesis. Here we performed a scRNA-seq survey from patient-matched samples, including blood, normal, para-cancer, polyp, and cancer tissues. scRNA-Seq of the patient-matched blood, normal, para-cancer, polyp, and cancer tissues The raw data are under evaluation by human genetic resources office. They will be uploaded to GEO once they are approved.
