Satellite data, glider data, and field measurements used to study harmful algae on the West Florida Shelf, 2011-2012
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains satellite data, autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) sensor data, and water sample taxonomy used in the observation and interpretation of a Karenia brevis (K. brevis) bloom that occurred off the southwestern coast of Florida from September 2011 until April 2012. Using the combination of satellite data, AUV data, and water sample taxonomy allowed researchers to observe the three-dimensional structure and dynamics of the K. brevis bloom. This dataset is associated with the publication: Zhao, J., C. Hu, J. M. Lenes, R. H. Weisberg, C. Lembke, D. English, J. Wolny, L. Zheng, J. J. Walsh, and G. Kirkpatrick (2013).
