The GRAS transcription factor family gene SlFSR in the Ailsa Craig wild-type tomato was mutated using the CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology. The transcriptome changes in tomato fruits at the B+4 (four days after breaker) stage were analyzed using RNA-Seq technology to examine the regulation of SlFSR on gene expression at the transcriptome level.
