Transcriptome changes caused by deletion of wago-4 and recovery thereof

We sequenced small RNAs and mRNAs of wago-4(tm1019) deletion mutants and wild-type descendants of wago-4(tm1019) mutant worms. Sequencing of wild-type control (N2) and wago-4(tm1019) worms were done in mixed-stage embryos, L4 larvae, and gravid adult (GA) worms, whereas recovered wild-type wago-4(+) worms were only sequenced at GA stage.
