Pseudomans OMV manuscript Raw data

Extracellular vesicles were harvested from Pseudomonas aeruginosa infected or mock infected human macrophages, lysed and equal amount for protein was subjected to LC-MS/MS analysis. The data was analyzed with proteomics data base to identify the bacterial peptides ( data set1). Next to dissect host derived exosomes and bacterial derived outer membrane vesicles we used CD9 beads and performed the LC-MS/MS analysis of purified exosomes and bacterial OMVs. the data was analyzed using proteomic tool. The raw data will be deposited.
