资源简介:
Aerial photographs of the Arctic System Science (ARCSS) grid (1km^2 study area) at Toolik Field Station, Alaska were taken using a camera rig and high altitude kite system. The kite was flown once on July 27th during the summer of 2011 at about 500-550 meters off the ground. Winds at about 5 mph on the ground with slight cloud cover at about 20%. Due to low winds two kites were used in order to carry more weight. The entire grid was not covered due to weather and equipment complications.
