Reconstruction of a miR-4793-3p-centered circRNA–mRNA regulatory axis converging on FGF/MMP signaling in diabetic foot ulcer

This dataset contains the source data and reproducible scripts underlying Table 2 and Figure 8 of the manuscript “A systems analysis identifies a miR-4793-3p–FGF/MMP axis associated with DFU healing” (Journal of Translational Medicine, 2025). Files include normalized 2^-ΔΔCt values (normalized_2ddCt.csv; 3 batches × 3 culture modes × 2 glucose levels), the merged statistical summary (Table2_merged_S4_S5.csv; Welch’s t, BH-adjusted q, Hedges’ g with 95% CI), and the rendered figure (figure8.pdf/png). Reproducibility is provided via run_analysis.py (Python) and stats_welch_bh.R (R), with environment files (requirements.txt, environment.yml) and a README documenting the workflow. Raw Ct tables can be shared upon reasonable request if needed by reviewers.
