Machine learning-assisted large-scale identical-location electron microscopy quantifies electrocatalyst degradation: data and code

This repository contains data and code associated with the paper titled Machine learning–assisted large-scale identical-location electron microscopy quantifies electrocatalyst degradation. The data consists of cyclic voltammetry measurements, collected with a modified floating setup, an X-ray diffraction pattern, and ex-situ and identical-location scanning transmission electron microscopy images. All data were collected for a Pt-Co/C oxygen reduction electrocatalyst. The code includes a neural network-based workflow for particle detection in microscopy images and scripts for data handling, associating particles in identical-location images, and analyzing particle degradation.
