Mitochondrial genomes of mouse primordial follicles and egg precursor cells

Autologous mitochondrial supplementation is an assisted reproductive technique that boosts the mitochondrial content of recipient oocytes. This dataset is used to verify that mitochondrial supplementation experiments did not introduce a third-party mitochondrial genome. Here we have three egg precursor cell samples used for mitochondrial supplementation and six primordial follicles from resultant offspring.
