We hypothesized that Per2 participated in the progression of NASH. To test this, we collected the liver samples from control group and hepatocyte-specific Per2 knockout group, both of which were established by AVV8 vector injection. And the RNA-Seq was ferformed in this 8 samples. 3 in control group, 3 in hepatocyte-specific Per2 knockout group.
