RNA were extracted from P. calceolata, historical strain isolated in the North Pacific Ocean and maintained at the Roscoff Culture Collection (RCC100) and cultivated in K medium at 20°C with natural seawater base. Rna-Seq libraries were sequenced with Illumina technology and were used to predict genes in the long-read assembly of P. calceolata.
