This dataset accompanies the analysis of bacterial single-cell fluorescence and colony-forming unit (CFU) measurements in both in vitro and in planta conditions. The study focuses on the bacterial strain Pseudomonas fluorescens PFF2, evaluating its growth and promoter activity of the alkB gene using fluorescence under different growth conditions (diesel supplement growth medium and the Arabidopsis thaliana phyllosphere). The dataset supports machine learning classification models for bacterial cell identification and statistical analyses.
