This dataset supports a genome-wide association study (GWAS) investigating heat tolerance in the Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis), a commercially important aquaculture species in East Asia. A total of 335 adult crabs were subjected to a controlled thermal challenge at 38 °C for up to 7 days. Survival status was recorded at multiple time points (24 h, 48 h, 76 h, 96 h, and 7 days), and individuals were categorized as heat‑tolerant (surviving the full 7‑day exposure) or heat‑sensitive (dying within the first 48 h) for subsequent genomic analyses.
