Genomic survey sequencing and complete mitochondrial genome of the elkhorn coral crab Domecia acanthophora

A new genomic resource for Domecia acanthophora (Desbonne in Desbonne & Schramm, 1867) (Decapoda: Brachyura: Domeciidae} that allowed us to assemble and characterise its full mitochondrial genome as well as estimate nuclear genome size and investigate the repetitive elements in the genome, is provided here.
