Normal Human Tissue Sequencing Project

The Normal Human Tissue Sequencing Project provides RNA expression and DNA methylation data from normal (non-diseased) human tissues. This data set from a variety of source tissue is a valuable resource for human disease studies.]]> All samples were isolated or procured from normal, healthy, non-diseased human subjects and were deemed "non-malignant benign" tissue by a pathologist. The isolated RNA had a RIN (RNA Integrity Number) of 5 or greater.]]>
