Therefore, total visible light transmittance is the most intuitive indicator perceived by users. If the total transmittance is too high, the components below will be visible, which will adversely affect the visual experience; if the total transmittance is too low, the light-emitting indicator components below will appear dim and unclear, which will impair the user experience. Meanwhile, the fluctuation of total visible light transmittance within the same batch must not be excessive; otherwise, obvious color differences will occur, leading to returns from downstream customers. 1. Calibration: Before detecting the total visible light transmittance, it is necessary to calibrate the spectrophotometer to ensure the accuracy of the data. 2. Sampling: Develop standard operating procedures, and assign special personnel to collect samples and conduct testing. 3. Preprocessing: The Y transmission value is calculated from the spectral data at 400, 500, 600, 700 nm and other wavelengths according to the V (wavelength) function. Compare the obtained Y transmission time series to eliminate outliers. 4. Statistical analysis: Based on the Y transmission data counted over the years and the large-scale sample size, calculate statistical indicators such as standard deviation, average value, maximum value, minimum value, and range. Set the quality control objectives for total visible light transmittance (Y transmission), including the standard value and fluctuation range of visible light transmittance (Y transmission). 5. Quality judgment: Compare the sample values of this batch with the quality control objectives. For samples that are outside the control range or within the range but at the marginal value, start the PDCA cycle to trace the cause of the abnormality.
