Environmental Justice (EJ) Law Combined Stressor Summary (Current)

The primary purpose of these data are to establish baseline stressor values and a Combined Stressor Total for each block group to help determine if the values are “higher than those borne by other communities within the State, county, or other geographic unit of Analysis” see C.13:1D-160 4c. The environmental stressor summary allows the public to select their block group within the state (their address or another address of interest) and not only see how individual stressors identified within their community compare to non-OBCs but how their block group as a whole compares to non-OBCs statewide through the combined stressor calculation. This is the most current version of the Environmental Justice (EJ) Law Combined Stressor Summary for New Jersey layer. This layer was created using the most recent available census data.
