A new dataset by sourcing 11,154 academic papers from the arXiv computer science repository, specifically those submitted between December 1st and December 31st, 2024. To ensure data integrity, LaTeX files were initially extracted. Papers containing only a single compressed TeX file were excluded, resulting in 5,315 samples that met the predefined criteria. From these papers, tables, table titles, and relevant paragraphs were parsed, yielding a total of 14,208 table records.
