This study investigates the key regulatory mechanisms of cavitation during early human embryonic development. We knocked down (KD) ATP6 family genes in human naive pluripiotent stem cells to assess their role in cavitation. Transcriptome analysis revealed that ATP6 KD samples exhibited disruptions in the lysosomal pathway compared to control. These findings offer new insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying embryonic developmental arrest.
