This dataset presents ionospheric scintillation events observed during summer nights in the solar minimum period of 2018-2020. The data are provided as minute-by-minute S4 indices, totaling 1440 records per day. The corresponding spread F ionograms are available for download from the Meridian Project Phase I website (https://data.meridianproject.ac.cn/instrumentfiletype-option/?ift_id=115).
