Cilia are antenna-like organelles present on diverse cell types. To assess cilia functions, we generated human pluripotent stem cells incapable of forming cilia, and analyzed their transcriptomes, compared to isogenic control cell lines. Multiple clones of KIF3A and KIF3B knockout cells were analyzed, alongside isogenic controls.
