This study compared both uterine and vaginal microbiota of primiparous cow diagnosed either healthy or suffering from endometritis. Fourteen primiparous cows from a single farm were included in this study. Uterine and vaginal samples were obtained during pre-calving to 35 days postpartum. The V3-V4 regions of the 16S rRNA gene were sequenced by Illumina MiSeq platform.
