Whole genome sequencing of a zebrafish Tuebingen individual (DH2) on Illumina HiSeq2500 to generate a new WGS assembly. This new assembly will be used to supplement the zebrafish clone assembly to produce a new reference genome assembly, GRCz10. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
